Professional in Program Management (PgMP) certification
The PMI’s Program Management Professional Certification (PgMP), is for program managers who are responsible for achieving the organization’s strategic objectives. Candidates should have extensive experience in managing multiple projects and negotiating complex environments across job functions, locations, cultures, and departments.
Align results with company goals. The exam covers topics such as strategic program management, program life cycles and benefits management, stakeholder management, governance, and governance.

A secondary degree or its global equivalent, 48-months of project management experience, or a PMP Certification, or 84 months program management experience in the past 15 years is required. Those with a four year degree will need 48 month of project management or a PMP Certification and 48 months program management experience in the past 15 years.
DASM Certification –

Agile Discipline Senior Scrum Masters (DASSM), training teaches agile practitioners how to use the Disciplined Agile toolkit (DATM), to improve teamwork, collaborate and address a variety difficult challenges.
Experience working in an agile team at least 2 years, preferably as a leader such as Disciplined Agile scrummaster, scrum master or product owner.
